Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant as well as a model. At the age of 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, after quitting gymnastics. In the course of a year she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr, sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model. At the age of 16, she began competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she was 17 years old she was awarded her professional card. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel left the stage for 6 years in order to finish her college. Following her completion of college, Ariel returned in the year 2015. The show continued in the same way she had left off in the previous contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. After winning her first competition She continued to compete for several years, setting goals for herself. The year 2009 saw four brand new fitness titles were added to her collection. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion which saw her become one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel completed her first six years in contest to earn her college diploma. The debut of the IFBB Fitness Pro took place at the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. The show was a success and she finished third. The summer of 2016 saw her named the overall winner at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. A few months later, she walked onto the Olympia stage and took home the 6th position at the Fitness Division. Ariel was completely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with her result. Ariel was competing with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is the back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent over rowing, one-arm pull-downs using lats on a machine pull-ups, as well as seated rows. The first step is warming up before progressing to the sets she works on. Additionally, Ariel is known to make use of her time in the most efficient way feasible. The way she achieves this is to superset the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
